The cafe is set to move up the road from its current location at 79A Keppel Street to 203 George Street, across the road from the George Hotel.
Rockabilly Cafe owner Tania Warner said the expansion of the venue's car meets every third Sunday and the desire for more space were key factors in the decision.
"The car meets are getting bigger all the time, and we feel the new venue will provide more room to showcase the vintage vehicles," Ms Warner said.
"We attract anywhere between 25 and 55 cars each month, and the new venue has off-road parking to cater for the vehicles."
Ms Warner said the Bathurst community has been very welcoming towards the cafe over the past year, and hopes the new location will expand the business' appeal.
"I've made so many beautiful friends through the cafe and more people are learning about us every day through social media and word of mouth," she said.
"With the new venue on the corner of a busy intersection, it'll be difficult to miss us."
The cafe has acquired the booths from the former Acropole Restaurant for the new venue, which will provide seating options for up to 50 people.
"There's also an outdoor area that will allow us to have children's parties and movie milkshake nights during the summer," Ms Warner said.
The launch of Rockabilly Cafe's new venue is scheduled for Sunday, August 18, and will feature representatives from the Shannons Car Club.
