Everyone is very welcome to the meetings of the Macquarie Care Centre Auxiliary and to join the members for afternoon tea afterwards. Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at 2pm in the St Vincent's Function Room, Gormans Hill Road, Bathurst.
Abercrombie House will hold a kids' nighttime tour. Enjoy a tour of the house and garden walk. Bring a torch or borrow one. Wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes. Stuart Driver, a well-known local collector of Victoriana, furniture and old lamps whose enthusiasm and passion for collecting is contagious, will speak at the Bathurst District Historical Society Monthly Muster. Those attending will see their family heirlooms in a totally different light after Stuart's presentation. The Monthly Muster will be held in the Uniting Church Hall in William Street at 7.30pm.
