However, it didn't hinder the crowds on what was a fantastic night.
One of the Bathurst Winter Festival's key nights - alongside Ignite the Night the previous Saturday - Brew and Bite saw food and drinks from across the Central West on offer to the crowd.
Bathurst mayor Graeme Hanger said the crowd on Saturday was similar to that of the previous Saturday - between 12,000 and 14,000 people
"The cold weather doesn't deter people. They put on another layer and out they come," he said.
"It went so well and everything was great about it. People were walking around with smiles on their faces and just looking at everything.
