Around 26 community projects throughout the Bathurst electorate have put forward for funding through the state government's My Community Project scheme.
Each project is campaigning for a grant between $20,000 and $200,000.
Voting for the scheme opened on Monday, and will close on August 15.
Member for Bathurst Paul Toole said there are a diverse range of local projects in the running for a grant.
"They cover the length and breadth of the Bathurst Electorate and I would encourage everyone to have their say on which projects they believe would deliver the best outcomes for their community," Mr Toole said.
Skillset has requested a $198,172 grant to construct an interactive and educational garden engaging students and the community through an augmented reality [AR] app.
Meanwhile, Bathurst District Football [BDF] has put forth a $40,000 bid for a permanent grandstand to continue the precinct's growth and development.
According to BDF, the precinct attracts around 6000 people to town each year.
Charles Sturt University is seeking a $28,162 grant for safe and accessible spaces for the 2MCE community radio station.
The project will aim to renovate the reception area of the radio station.
Bathurst Regional Council has put forth bids for four projects, including $75,000 each for the installation of new equipment at Ashelford Apex Park and the renovation of the BBQ shelter and seating at Hector Park.
The bids also include individual $50,000 requests for new grandstands at Brooke More Oval and the restoration of existing cricket nets around the community.
Local schools are also included in the project list, including a $111,550 request to rejuvenate the garden gateway at Eglinton Public School and a $30,000 project to level out and install irrigation into the oval at Perthville Public School.
Community members are invited to vote for the project at mycommunityproject.service.nsw.gov.au or their local Service NSW Centre.
