From Thursday, July 25, to Sunday, July 28, the complex's three turf fields and 11 grass fields will play host to 110 teams from across NSW.
And with so many people travelling to Bathurst for the tournament, it's set to pump plenty of extra dollars into the Bathurst economy.
Sheree Richards, from the Bathurst Hockey Association, said players will travel from all across NSW to compete in the four-day tournament.
"It's a full state hockey carnival, so basically they'll come from as far as Coffs Harbour, down through to Wagga and Griffith," she said.
"Dubbo is probably the furthest out west they'll come and, of course, they'll come from Sydney and the Illawarra region too.
"With so many people coming, we can expect a lot of money to go into the economy with hotels and meals. The bottle shops will do well too."
Bathurst will have six teams, with Cowra players to feature in the sides as well.
Orange, Lithgow and Dubbo are the other Central West cities that will be represented as the masters tournament as well.
Ms Richards explained that Bathurst is one of only three venues in NSW that is able to host a tournament on this scale.
"Because of that, it's probably a more regular occurrence to host a tournament like this than in previous years," she said.
"We do men masters and junior boys and girls tournaments, but this women's masters is the biggest one we'll host.
"We've also got quite a lot of support from Hockey NSW, with personnel coming out to help us out but everyone helps out when we have a tournament like this, with players, coaches and managers pitching in."
