The Fast Lane Drive-Thru Coffee franchise was founded in 2009 by Paula Anderson to provide busy customers with access to espresso coffee and snacks on the go.
Bathurst is the fifth regional centre to welcome the franchise, after Dubbo, Wagga Wagga, Rockhampton and Maryborough.
The new store, which opened last Wednesday, is located at the former site of Johnny Bean Good.
Ms Anderson said the introduction of The Fast Lane in Bathurst made perfect sense considering the region is home to Mount Panorama.
"Having already established two drive-through's each in Dubbo and Wagga Wagga, Bathurst was a natural step," Ms Anderson said.
"Being a similar regional hub, it was a no-brainer to add Bathurst to our growing list of stores."
Johnny Bean Good was renowned in the Bathurst community for its bacon and egg rolls and Ms Anderson said the new store will keep them on the menu, as well as introduce some of their own products, including premium teas and drinks over ice.
"Customers value our quality coffee, friendly customer service and the pure convenience of what we offer," she said.
"We like to think we supply 'happy in a cup.'"
The Fast Lane is one of nearly 30 businesses in Bathurst providing espresso coffee to customers, and is the sixth such business to open in the region this year.
The new store is open seven days a week from 6am to 4pm weekdays, 7am to 2pm Saturdays and 7am to 1pm Sundays.
