In 1978, Kelso Automatics started in a house on Sydney Rd, Kelso, given there was a call for an automatics transmission shop in Bathurst which didn't have one at the time, and due to its popularity, made the move to the Kelso BP in the early 1980's.
The business moved again in 1994 to Littleboume Street where it remains to this day. Paul Flynn had been involved with Kelso Automatics since 1985 after previously working at Clancy's, and along with wife Judy bought the business.
