After taking over the reins of the successful business, Aaron has consistently kept his customers, and staff, happy while keeping one eye on the future. "We've grown the company to employ a team of full time tradesmen, apprentices and sub contractors," he said. "We pride ourselves on developing kids into great tradespeople and in our time we have completed seven apprentices".

In 2016, he saw another local business call time in and decided to revive Bathurst Hydraulics and Pneumatics, combining both businesses in one convenient location. This allowed them to set up a well equipped facility with full machine, fabrication and hydraulic shop, along with two service trucks, three utes and new, compact, mobile hose making van.
Employing locals and providing quality products and services is not the only way that Bathurst Engineering support the Bathurst community. Aaron said as a business they also sponsor multiple sports and charities in the local area. "Our name can be found across multiple football shirts, in BMX programs, motorsport and other various organisations in the community".
