The visitors accrued a comfortable 2-0 victory on the scoresheet against the young Mariners side, their ninth of the season.
While the two sides are only the solitary ladder position away from each other, the Raiders boast a four-game buffer over their lower-ranked rival, with 29 points to the Mariners' 18 which they've picked up from their five wins this season.
Meanwhile, a second-half goal to Granville Rage consigned the men's side to bottom of the NPL3 ladder after a first-half score to Nikki Spice gave the Mariners hope in Mudgee.
However, it wasn't to be as the Rage ensured the Mariners couldn't claim their third win of the season, with 13th placed Granville in the box seat to avoid last place unless the western side can find a win.
