While the Giants had previously booted 22 majors on three occasions since entering the senior competition in 2016 - twice against Cowra and once against the Bathurst Bushrangers Outlaws - Saturday's effort at George Park 1 eclipsed all those.
Mark Kennedy's side enjoyed a massive 81 entries inside 50 compared to Parkes' 17. They had a total of 232 kicks, 106 handballs, 130 pressure acts and 49 tackles.
That effort earned them reward on the scoreboard, gave the Giants' percentages a healthy boost and means a win over last-placed Cowra in the last round - something they are red-hot favourites to do - will lock in hosting rights for the minor semi-final.
It also made amends for a 17-point loss to the Panthers in Parkes earlier this season.
"That's the largest winning margin in our senior club history, that's another milestone for us," Kennedy said.
"We were a bit light on when we went over there and they had a window of opportunity in that match for all their players who play away, to get clearances and come back and play for Parkes.
"Bit of a different story this time when they came over, but credit to them, they didn't give up."

The massive win was set up in the opening term as the Giants booted nine majors and restricted the Panthers to just four behinds.
That first quarter saw 20 forward 50 entries - up five on the Giants' season average - and a 45 percent scoring efficiency.
Given Kennedy has placed an emphasis on making a strong start to their games this season, he was delighted with what he saw.
"I thought our first quarter was really good, Dylan [Furnell] gave us really good service to our on-ballers and we just moved it forward really well," Kennedy said.
"We had some really good leads come from Jenko [Paul Jenkins] and Sam Sloan, so we started really well.
"That's something we've really worked on, we really want to start at 100 percent. To get up before we start, we talk about the game, we don't talk about anything else, we warm up really well and then from the first bounce, in our minds, we're a quarter into it.
"It seems to be working for us, we just need to keep that philosophy and game plan moving forwards."

With Furnell shining in the ruck - his side won 62 percent of clearances - the Giants dominated in the midfield.
By half-time the Giants led 16-10-106 to 0-5-5 and they kept the pressure up after the long break as patient football broke down Parkes' defence.
"We had some really good run off the half-back line, really good run into the 50 and we really made the most of our forward 50 entries as well," Kennedy said.
"What can happen when you're playing a side that's getting a bit of a beating, they'll flood their back line. So we had to be patient with our delivery, our switches across the half-back line were good and we were patient until we got that open space to deliver it in."
