Turns out speed is another one of her positive traits.
Katie's Cuddles ($14) continued the promising start displayed by her siblings by taking out the Ladbrokes Cash In Maiden (307 metres) on Monday at Kennerson Park.
Trainer Lisa Worthy of King's Plains, Katie's Cuddles is the third runner to reach the track from a Hay Fergus x Blayney litter her and husband David have bred.
She made her debut one for the couple to remember.
"She's a good little beginner. Her whole family has been. Her first litter won 40 to 50 races and this is her second one," David Worthy said.
"This is her first start today and she's done everything right. She chases hard. She's not very big but she has a go.

"She did a performance trial over 450m here and we gave her a break. We thought we'd thrown her in while she's fresh ... and she's done the job."
An exciting three-way battle brewed going into the final corner of Monday's race.
Zipping Torah ($2.25 favourite) was directly on the inside of Katie's Cuddles and was poised to make a pass.
Eagle Man ($12) had been quietly making a comeback into the race along the rail and loomed up to make it a line of three with the finish in sight.
Katie's Cuddles did enough to hold off Zipping Torah with a half head margin back Eagle Man.
Her victory, at $14, was the biggest upset of the Bathurst meeting.
The winning time was 18.38 seconds.
