POSITION: Loosehead prop.
OXLEY SAYS: Boobs' explosive ball running is matched only by his damaging defence. His wild man appearance emulates his unbridled style of play. Watch him go at scrum time!
2 PETER FITZSIMMONS
POSITION: Hooker.
OXLEY SAYS: Fitzy had a breakthrough season in 2018 with his selection in the Country Cockatoos. He is a confrontational player who loves to carry and whack in defence. Mr impact who leads from the front. His goal in 2019 is to lift the shield for the club.
3 SEAN FOGARTY
POSITION: Tighthead prop.
OXLEY SAYS: Fog is the leader of our scrum. Vertically challenged, he is built for power. The cornerstone of our scrum, he prides himself on dominating the opposition scrum to give his team positive possession.
4 ADAM DWYER
POSITION: Second row.
OXLEY SAYS: Melon is one of the stalwarts of the club. He commenced the year as co-coach of second grade, but his experience and form could not be ignored. He is uncompromising in defence, but he also knows how to sniff out a try.
5 JUSTIN MOBBS
POSITION: Second row.
OXLEY SAYS: Mobbsy is enjoying a breakout season. Selected as a Cockatoo triallist in his second season as a forward. He is the lineout general who is endearingly known as 'magic' due to his ability to slide through the opposition defence and create something.
6 MARK DONNELLY
POSITION: Flanker.
OXLEY SAYS: Donza flies well under the radar, quietly spoken, letting his actions speak for him. He lifts the team through his lack of fear in defence and has a propensity for footwork to punch through the line in attack. The ultimate team man.
7 JOCK SUTTOR
POSITION: Flanker.
OXLEY SAYS: Jock is one of the bolters, finishing the season with man of the match performances that could not be ignored. He has enjoyed crossing the stripe in recent weeks, but it is his work-rate that is catching attention.
8 ALEX WEAL
POSITION: Number 8
OXLEY SAYS: Devon is one of the best jackalers in the competition. A member of the victorious Caldwell Cup winning team in 2019, and a previous first grade premiership under his belt, his experience will be critical on Saturday.
9 BRAD GLASSON
POSITION: Halfback.
OXLEY SAYS: Voted Blowes Cup player of the year in 2018, Glasso has the ability to break this game open at any stage. His speed and vision will provide a constant threat that Emus will ignore at their peril.
10 SCOTT JOHNSTON
POSITION: Five-eighth.
OXLEY SAYS: Scott's experience has been the difference in many of our victories. He commands respect and provides composure when under fire. His running and passing game provides a constant threat, while his game management is also another huge asset.
11 BEN SHEPHEARD
POSITION: Wing.
OXLEY SAYS: You can't coach speed and Shep has that in spades. He knows his way to the try line, but he also is tenacious in defence. Over the past two years he has enjoyed success at the breakdown like all modern wingers.
12 ADAM PLUMMER
POSITION: Inside centre.
OXLEY SAYS: Some would say Plum is unlucky in footy. I am just happy to see him back on the paddock and demonstrating his true potential. A big body with fast feet who loves the confrontation, but also scored one of the best individual tries of the season.
13 WILL OLDHAM
POSITION: Outside centre.
OXLEY SAYS: Wilba has played the best footy of his past five years for Bathurst in 2019. He has always had all the skills, but now it is translating to match-winning performances under pressure. He is one of the hardest working players in the team.
14 HARRY WEBBER
POSITION: Wing
OXLEY SAYS: Buzzard had a breakthrough 2018, being named Bulldogs' best and fairest and Central West's best back. His speed, elusiveness and high energy makes him a match-winner. A crowd favourite who can save a try and score a try from anywhere.
15 JOE NASH
POSITION: Fullback
OXLEY SAYS: Nashy is a Cockatoo triallist and Caldwell Cup winning Blue Bull in 2019. He has been a revelation at fullback. One of our leading try scorers, he can inject himself across the park with the ability to glide through the defence with his loping stride.
