The event featured 130 vehicles on display and numerous examples of 1950s culture, including an in-house performance from Elvis Presley impersonator, Glen Vass.
Rockabilly Cafe was previously located on Keppel Street.
The new venue provides more parking options for the cafe's monthly car meets, which have steadily grown in popularity.
Rockabilly Cafe co-owner Steve Ingwersen said it was pleasing to see so many members of the Bathurst community come out to support the new venue.
"We've got so much more room to play with now and it gives customers a more comfortable dining experience," Mr Ingwersen said.
