Kirinari provides Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short Term Accommodation/Respite (STA), group and individual support and one to one community access, ensuring that their customers are vital parts of their surrounding community and have access to sport, groups, clubs, social events and community activities or study. Group activities include furniture restoration, art therapy, music and more.
Central West Regional Manager, Greg Oastler, brings thirty years of experience to Kirinari from working in the Disability and Aged Care sector within both government and non-government roles.

Most recently, Greg has worked in Senior Management positions with Glenray and Live Better. As a person who lives, has raised a family in and worked across the Central West, Greg has a thorough understanding of local issues and the type of individual solutions that customers and their families are looking for.
Greg said Kirinari focuses on individualised supports that are created around the personal goals or choices of each customer. "Kirinari is known for its individualised and specialist services for people with disabilities," he said. "Services are tailored to each person's needs and to meet the goals in their NDIS plan".
Kirinari accommodation services provide supported and independent accommodation, drop-in-support and shared accommodation. They are specialists at finding a style of housing that best suits an individuals needs and personality. Specialist Disability Accommodation vacancies (SDA) are also available for a limited time within the Blue Mountains.
