Nine-year-old Nolan Stafford hopes to make a difference in the lives of families that, like his, have experienced the challenges of a baby born premature.

With the support of his family, Nolan will participate in the Miracle Moon Walk in Sydney on September 14.
The event will take place at night and cover quite a distance.
"It's a 10-kilometre walk around Sydney that starts at Martin Place and ends at Martin Place," Nolan said.

On the walk, participants will be passing the Opera House, The Rocks, the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Barangaroo Reserve.
The fundraiser will support the Miracle Babies Foundation, a cause close to his family.
"It's for Miracle Babies. They support babies that were born premature, like me," Nolan said.
His father, Chris Stafford, said that Nolan was born seven weeks premature and spent the first two weeks of his life in Liverpool Hospital, followed by another three at Orange Hospital.
The first weeks of his life was quite the challenge for the family, who were living in Orange at the time but now call Bathurst home.
Nolan weighed just 1510 grams, which is why they've chosen to name themselves Team 1510 for the fundraiser.
Already, Nolan has raised $2100 after encouraging donations in videos and with flyers, smashing the goal of $1510 they had initially.
He hopes that more people will donate to further support the work of the Miracle Babies Foundation.
He is looking forward to the walk and is confident he can go the distance after all the training he has put in.
"I've been on the treadmill quite a bit and we've been walking our new dog around the new estates in Kelso," Nolan said.
