The event, called Inspire to Empower: A Celebration of Motherhood, will see Julia Coffey, Mel Watts and Steph Pase talk about the challenges they've faced during motherhood, while encouraging women about their body image.
Ms Watts and Ms Pase both experienced postnatal depression, while Ms Coffey will share her experience as doula, a person who supports mothers through pregnancy and life after birth.
Mel Bornen, a co-owner of BoxGrove and a mother of two, said the night will be a celebration of motherhood.
"Motherhood can be incredible but it can also be isolating at times," she said.
"I want this to be a chance for woman to come together in a safe place, mingle and meet other mums.
"There's not too much in Bathurst for women with young kids, so it's a night off for the mums as well."
Ms Bornen will also share her journey through in vitro fertilisation (IVF) to motherhood, with a 13 month gap between her two children.
"I'll be sharing my own story of going through IVF," she said.
"After three years of trying to have children I went through IVF, which I did in Orange at Genea, a fertility specialist clinic."
The three main guest speakers are all famous blogging mums, with Ms Coffey having 64,700 followers on Instagram, Mel Watts with 264,000 followers and Ms Pase having 116,000 followers.
"We've chosen to have these women attend because they're Instagram influences. They're really well known on Instagram and people will travel to hear them speak," Ms Bornen said.
"We've got people coming from all over to hear our stories, so we're putting on something amazing so that everyone enjoys the night.
"We've got people coming from Sydney, Port Macquarie, Orange and, of course, Bathurst."
Recent stats show that one in five mothers with children aged 24 months or less had been diagnosed with postnatal depression.
More than 13,500 IVF babies were born in Australia in 2016-17, the highest number ever recorded in the country.
Tickets are still available to the event, however, sales will close on Saturday, September 14.
Doors open on the night at 5.30pm, for a 6pm start, with the night to feature food, drinks and dancing, as well as talks from the three guest speakers.
