About 8.30pm last Friday a woman was confronted by a male as she was about to enter her vehicle.
Her handbag was forcibly removed from the woman.
Police are hopeful that CCTV footage taken in the vicinity of the crime will have captured the incident and will help them identity of the offender.

Candid camera films shoplifter
BATHURST police have charged a 50-year-old man with shoplifting.
Officers were flagged down by a shop owner about 2.40pm on Friday with regards to the theft of an item from his shop.
Police soon located the suspect just a short distance away where it is alleged he was in possession of the stolen item.
Police have viewed closed circuit television footage from the Bathurst business that they say has confirmed the theft.
