PRODUCING under pressure - it was that quality which kept Eglinton's hopes of a Bathurst District Football women's premier league title alive as they clinched a 2-0 victory extra-time victory over Mudgee in Sunday's minor semi-final.
While Eglinton had not lost to Mudgee during the regular season - in one of their fixtures coming from 2-0 down to triumph - the pressure to extend that streak mounted in the sudden-death match at Proctor Park.
After 90 minutes the game was locked at nil-all, but in extra-time Eglinton produced. Lauren Dove found the mark, then Kaitlyn Crook surged deep into Mudgee's half and fired in a cross which Jas Rae slotted home.
Meanwhille, in the men's premier league major semi-final Panorama Red posted a 2-1 victory over club-mates Panorama Black.
