This area represents more people than Bathurst, yet has a very slow service to Sydney: a bus to Parkes and then Orange or a bus from Condo to Cootamundra via Lake Cargelligo.
You have to wait 30 minutes to 50 minutes to catch a train to Sydney and then it's five hours to Central (last Friday and Friday night for me, the train time to Sydney was six hours).

If you start at 1.45pm at Forbes and don't get to Central Station until about 10.30pm, it's nearly nine hours.
It's just too long and too roundabout.
Parkes often has $99 Rex flights to Sydney or from Sydney to Parkes.
We need a much more direct service and a much quicker service from Forbes, Condo and West Wyalong.
Lightning Ridge, Brewarrina and Cobar now have a connecting flight service via Dubbo.
What about Condo, West Wyalong and Forbes for some sort of flight service to Bankstown or Orange?
