IT might seem like an exaggeration, but when Bathurst Giants youth girls coach Steve Mann refers to Teagan Germech as an "absolute sensation" he is spot on.

On Friday night at the Central West AFL awards evening Germech was crowned the youth girls best and fairest.
Her 13 votes were more than double that of closest rival - her Giants team-mate Rhiani Rozga (six).
But it was not just that medal that has Mann predicting a bright future in the sport for Germech.
"She's had a very good season. She was our club equal best and fairest with Molly [Mann], best on ground in the [youth girls] grand final and got a start in the women's grand final and won the league best and fairest - I don't think you could tick many more boxes," he said.
Germech also played in the Central West AFL representative side at the Nowra carnival, with Mann saying "she absolutely starred down there".
Having joined the Giants in 2018 and playing eight games for the youth girls outfit which finished as runners-up, Germech took her game to a new level this season.
She starred in the ruck as the Giants' youth girls finished the season as undefeated premiers. That earned her a start in last Saturday's senior women's grand final and a second premiers' medal.
And Mann predicts she will only get better.
"She's an absolute sensation, she's a natural athlete and I believe she's going to take her footy a little bit more seriously next year," he said.
"She's a star, she's played rep netball at very good levels, she's a natural athlete and taken to football like a duck to water really.
"She played with the youth girls last season and was good, but this year she's stepped up and got better and really improved.
"She can run, she can jump, she can kick, she can mark - all the attributes you need for AFL she's got. Obviously the sky is the limit."

Germech was not the only Bathurst player to be awarded for a stellar season 2019 on Friday night.
After winning premiership and best on ground medals in their senior grand finals last Saturday, Bathurst Bushrangers Rebels' Bill Watterson and Bathurst Giants' Matilda Flood were named the best in the league.
Watterson finished on 14 votes to nudge out his Rebels team-mate Harry Bowden (12 votes). Giants' Paul Jenkins plus Outlaws duo Ben Horn and Peter Grundy each polled 10.
Flood (14) topped the women's count ahead of Orange Tigers' vice-captain Erin Naden (11), while Lady Bushrangers star Beth Durham (10) was third.
In the under 17s, Bathurst Giants talent Zac Yandle claimed the best and fairest honours.
When it came to the league's senior goal-kicking awards it was a Bathurst Giants double with Jenkins (44 majors) and Danita Lane (23 majors) topping the tally.
Cowra's Ben Rodin edged out premiership-winning coach Liz Kennedy as senior coach of the year. Giants under 14s coach Michael Sloan won junior coach of the year.
