The Bathurst High Campus athletics sensation won both the boys 17-19 100 metres and 200 metres, finishing with personal bests in both races from September 4-6.
He finished the 100 metres in a time of 10.79 seconds and the 200 metres in a time of 21.67 metres.
Clark's runs at the athletics championships was his last competition for school, as the year 12 student is set to graduate at the end of this year.
"It was a great way to cap off my last school carnival," he said.
"I've got nationals next March, so that's my main goal now. Hopefully I can train hard in the lead up and get a medal."
Clark finished just ahead of Mark Fokas in a time of 10.84 seconds and Felix Long in a time of 11.06 seconds in the 100 metres.
He pipped Keegan Bell and Long in the 200 metres, the Bathurst runner's time of 21.67 seconds enough to finishing ahead of Bell in 21.81 seconds and Long in 22.31 seconds.
Bathurst principal Ken Barwick has seen Clark improve over the years and said he and the school are extremely proud of his progress.
"We've been extremely fortunate to have such a talented athlete at our school," Barwick said.
"It looks like it might come easy to Zen, but Zen puts in an incredible amount time in training that people might not see.
"You can't be as fit and as fast as he is. He has the perfect runner's physique and his times have been coming down over the past few years at a rapid rate.
"He won the state championship 100 metres in 10.79 seconds but in an Astley Cup tie in Dubbo last year, he won the 100 metres by 30 metres and recorded a time of 10.50, so he's running incredible times."
Barwick said Clark has proved a vital asset for the Bathurst High Astley Cup side, having featured in four sports in 2019.
"When an Astley Cup event is worth 100 points, Zen himself contributed to about 30 of those points individually at different times," he said.
"He has been the backbone of our Astley Cup athletics team for a number of years and he's going to be a huge loss for the Astley Cup, not just athletics.

"He represented in four sports at Astley Cup, the most a boy can - in athletics, rugby league, soccer and basketball."
Barwick believes Clark has a bright future ahead of himself.
"He's a talented sportsperson all round and that's his future and he's really worked hard to get himself in a position for that future," he said.
"You have to applaud kids like that, because they're the kind of kids that are going to go on and do something special.
"I would not be surprised if you heard his name in the world arena in the under 20s in the next 18 months and I certainty would not be surprised if I hear his name talked about for the next Commonwealth Games. He certainly has that capability if he keeps the same attitude on his running."
Clark has previously won gold at both the NSW Athletics Junior Championship and the NSW Little Athletics Championships in 2019.
