Come Saturday she will line up in both the Bathurst Netball Association's A grade and colts grand finals.
The talented teenager, who is also balancing Year 11 exams, spent Monday competing in the NSW All Schools Netball Tri Series as a member of the NSW Combined Catholic Colleges open girls team.
It was the first time she had made that squad, but by the end of the day after putting her skills to the test against the NSW CHS and CIS outfits, she had another honour to go with it.
Germech was named in the NSW All Schools merit team.
"That was actually the first year I'd made CCC, I was pretty excited about making that, so to then make the All Schools team, that was pretty big too," she said.
"The standard was so much faster and so much better. Honestly, when they were calling it out I was thinking I was no chance, because there are so many people here better than me. But then they called my name."
The sort of talent that Germech displayed for NSW CCC is exactly why she shapes as a key for Saturday's two grand finals.
In colts she will line up for Collegians Chaos against Panthers Renshaws, while in first grade she will wear the GD patch as she and her Collegians Mystified team-mates attempt to make it back-to-back premierships.
They will take on Panthers A grade - an outfit which has between them twice in the past three weeks.
"Panthers have been playing really well, I think they've been more hungry for the win than we have. For us it seems to be 'Oh yeah, we'll be fine, we'll come back in the last quarter like we usually do.'," Germech said.
"But then we get to the last quarter and they keep going and take away the points. So yeah, I hope the whole team is ready to go on Saturday and firing for it.
"The rivalry between us runs deep."
Germech's job will be to combine with Mystified goal keeper Sam Thompson and try and shut down Panthers shooters Danita Lane and Jess Matthews.
She knows it won't be easy, especially given how Panthers feed to ball to their shooters.
"They do not miss and some of the passes they do, it's insane that they get there, but they get there and it kills me. We just don't expect some of those passes," Germech said. "They don't miss often so there's not that many rebounds, but we try to get the intercepts to put that pressure on. I do well under pressure and so does Sammy, but I'm also so nervous."
Saturday's A grade grand final starts at 3pm.
