St Pat's will tackle the Forbes Magpies, who won its Group 11 under 18s grand final with a narrow 26-24 win over Dubbo CYMS earlier this month.
And Forbes are a familiar opponent for St Pat's, having played the Magpies at the start of 2019 in the Brendon 'Stubby' Collits Memorial match.
St Pat's lost that pre-season match and coach Kevin Grimshaw is expecting another tough match at Wellington on Sunday.
"They're a pretty good side, with some really good forwards," he said.
"There's a few of their players that are moving to Sydney next year and I think they've got a couple of Country players in their side."
A strong portion of the St Pat's side actually have experience in the Premiers Challenge competition, with the likes of Blake Martin, Ash Cosgrove, Noah Cooney, Josh Hanrahan and Tyler Colley all starring in St Pat's 38-18 win over Red Bend in 2018.
Grimshaw said Sunday's match, while just a one-off game, is still an important fixture for his side.
"We're going in determined to do our best," he said.
"It's not just a fun game for us. I's a pretty prestigious event I think, to be crowned the area's top side."
Grimshaw has named the same team that got the job done against the Bathurst Panthers in the grand final last Sunday, however, his line-up may change through injury and unavailability before kick-off.
Kick-off is from Kennard Park in Wellington at 1.10pm.
The match will featured just 30 minute halves.
