The restaurant in the Centrepoint Arcade was fined more than $2600 by the NSW Food Authority in April for three breaches of the Food Standards Code.
But the latest inspection report, filed by a Bathurst Regional Council food officer following a site visit last Friday, shows the restaurant has lifted its game.

"At the time of the inspection the premises were maintained in a clean condition and temperature control was satisfactory," the report, viewed by the Western Advocate, states.
And that was welcome news for Anam operations manager Dylan Nguyen who conceded the business had taken a hit after the breaches were reported in the Western Advocate last month.
Mr Nguyen said the breach notices related to an inspection carried out last November and the restaurant had come under new management since then.
He said his team was working hard to build the business and the positive inspection report from council showed they were on the right path.
"I think the kitchen was not in a very clean condition before and that's why the restaurant got the breaches but since we took over with new management three months ago we have made sure the kitchen is at all times clean and in a good condition," he said.
"I can guarantee things have changed and with our new team we will maintain the good work and do the best we can for our customers."

Mr Nguyen said Anam had three kitchen staff and four front-of-house staff who had taken news of the breaches hard.
He said there had been a drop-off in customers once news of the breaches was made public but business was now picking up again at the restaurant.
"I would like to say thank you to all our regular customers who kept coming to support us," Mr Nguyen said.
"That gave us a lot of motivation to keep going."
