Senior activities officer Katrina Harrison said there was something to suit everyone's interests.
"This holidays we have got acrobatics, gymnastics, parkour, ball games, laser tag, circus skills, a bit of engineering and science challenges, and boxing as well," she said.
An excursion to the new Bathurst Ambulance Station is also planned, which Ms Harrison said is a chance for children to go off-site and learn at the same time.
The spring holiday program started on Monday and on Tuesday the Centre was at capacity with around 70 children.
"That's why bookings are important because sadly we have had to turn people away," Ms Harrison said.
The PCYC offers morning and afternoon sessions during the school holidays.
Parents can see the program online and make a booking by calling 6331 2191.
