The cookbook, entitled Bathurst on a Plate, is scheduled for release on Mother's Day next year, and will tell the stories of women involved with Bathurst Beaters through a shared love of food.
Bathurst Beaters member Noorjehan Merchant said the cookbook will provide inspirational messages for people battling cancer, along with a number of interesting recipes.
"There's around 15 women involved with Bathurst Beaters, and everyone has made a valuable contribution," Ms Merchant said.
"We often share recipes with each other during our meetings, so we thought a cookbook would be a great way to raise funds for ongoing research into cancer treatment."
Ms Merchant, who is currently undergoing her second bout of treatment for breast cancer, said it's important to maintain a positive frame of mind throughout the battle.
"Hope is the most important virtue to maintain when it comes to beating cancer," she said.
"It's also vital to surround yourself with a positive group of people,as cancer treatment can be quite an isolating process."

Fellow Bathurst Beaters member Janelle Gervasoni said Ms Merchant has been the main driver behind the cookbook and that a whole chapter will be dedicated to her unique Pakistanti recipes.
"It has been Ms Merchant's dream to make this cookbook a reality," Ms Gervasoni said.
Bathurst Beaters is currently looking for sponsors and donations to assist with publication of the cookbook.
