It's very simple. One senator in NSW represents 670,000 people. In Tasmania, one senator represents 46,000 people.
And in rural and remote areas, our politicians have far too much land to cover to get to all constituents.

This must change and become more equitable and a lot fairer for regional, rural and remote politicians.
