The prizes have been gifted to the cause by Flight Centre Bathurst and add to more than $6000 worth of prizes already lined up for the raffle.
The raffle will be drawn during an event at Paddy's Hotel on November 2.
Also part of the event will be a coin toss, auctions, mystery boxes, a lucky door prize and Poppy's purple hearts wall.
Tickets for the raffle can be purchased from SportsPower, Mountain Meats, Mitchell Early Learning Centre, Caravan Solutions, Sydney Road Cuts for All, Bathurst Early Childhood Intervention Services and Love Daphne.
People can also buy tickets via Facebook by sending a private message to the Empowering Poppy page.
Poppy's family need $20,000 to get her an assistance dog and, through online donations and support from community groups, they are very close to that total.
Any funds raised over $20,000 will be put towards other items that can help manage Poppy's condition.
