Goods on sale include books, CDs, DVDs, bric-a-brac, jewellery, baby clothing, plants and garden furniture.
Chairman of the Miss Traill's House and Garden management committee, Richard Steele, said all proceeds will go towards preserving the iconic Bathurst house.
"Money will be used to maintaining and restoring the house where needed, as well as keeping our garden operational," he said.
"Some of that money will also go towards a bore, which will help future-proof the garden, especially during drought.
"We also raise money from events, but we try to keep them at a minimum because of the cost. We are one of the cheapest event venues in town."
Morning and afternoon tea, as well as a barbecue lunch and drinks will be available on Saturday.
Children activities, relaxing music in the garden and walk through tour of Miss Traill's House for $5 will also be on offer.
The markets start at 9.30am on Saturday and will run through to 3.30pm in the afternoon.
