The performance will see Waters and his accomplished band take on Dylan's classic hits, from Blowin' In the Wind to Like A Rolling Stone.
Waters is well-known for his credits in popular Australian television shows such as Offspring, All Saints and Play School, where he spent nearly two decades entertaining children across the country.

But before acting music was Waters' central passion and he is looking forward to bringing Dylan Revisited to Bathurst.
"We've picked the songs apart and we intend to present them in a fashion that, while not straying too far from the originals, showcases our own understanding of Dylan's music," Waters said.
"There's no point trying to describe Dylan's life or experiences, it's all there in the songs."
Waters, who grew up in London before emigrating to Australia in the late 1960s, was deeply moved by Dylan's material as a teenager. He said Dylan, along with The Beatles, pioneered a new approach to popular music.
"I was introduced to Dylan's music in 1962 when he was releasing his first recordings and the powerful nature of the songwriting blew me away," he said.
"When Like a Rolling Stone came out, people were outraged when Dylan performed the song live with an electric guitar and threw things at him, which proves how ahead of his time Dylan was."
Waters considers 1965's Highway 61 Revisited his favourite Dylan record, but said songs throughout Dylan's storied career stand out on their own.
"Our performance of Hurricane [off 1976's Desire] is a high point of the show, and we incorporate wailing violin solos with an outpouring of outrageous energy," he said.
"The songs speak for themselves, and I feel the Bathurst crowd will leave the venue with a renewed appreciation for Dylan."
