They're on a mission to see off Centrals in this Saturday's clash at the Sportsground, hoping to utilise the home ground advantage against an unknown quantity.
One of the men who paved the way for the round one victory, Kyle Aubin, is eager to go on with the job against a Central squad chasing their first win.
Aubin's 69 runs as opener helped the Bulls reach 280, before he took 1-37 on the way to stopping Colts 53 short of the total.
The innings was a new first grade best for Aubin.
He said from the outset of the opening round game the atmosphere was great among the Bulls camp and a similar start against Centrals would do wonders.
"It was awesome. We were looking to be the underdogs, but we always thought we had a good chance from the moment we put our team together," he said.
"We knew we had a good batting lineup and a decent bowling lineup so we were confident. But you look a Colts' lineup and it's daunting when you see the batters they have, and we lost the toss, but we batted and bowled really well."
He didn't quite go on to reach triple figures but Aubin took plenty of confidence out of the knock.
"Hopefully I can beat that in the next game. I probably should have gone on to get the 100 but I'd done my job and got through the new ball," he said.
"As soon as I got out it was probably the easiest time to bat and with how deep we bat I felt it was crucial to not let the lower order get exposed too early.
"Everyone made starts, which was a really promising thing."

This will be the Bulls' first Orange opponent since the previous BOIDC competition of 2006-07, which makes it hard for Bulls to know what's ahead.
However, the Sportsground provides Centennials with a significant home advantage.
"I know they had a loss in the first round so they will be looking to bounce back and get points on the board," Aubin said.
"We'll have to be careful but hopefully, if we play like the last couple of weeks, we can get the win."
The good news didn't end with the round one win for Aubin.
He was named alongside his brother Blake as the two Centennials Bulls representatives for Bathurst's Rod Hartas Trophy game with Mudgee this Sunday.
The Aubins previously played together at Mitchell colts level but haven't had the chance to play alongside each other at a senior level in representative cricket.
"It's been a while since we've played any representative cricket together," Aubin said.
"When they said 'You can't play in the team if you've played opens before' then I wasn't too sure what the side would be like but it's definitely still a great side and it should be good fun."
