Chill will now play minor premiers HC Melbourne, who were edged 4-3 on penalties at home by the Adelaide Fire, the only blemish in an almost perfect season for the Victorian side.
Sunday's semi-final, which will be played at the State Netball and Hockey Centre in Melbourne, will be a do-or-die clash, with the winner to progress straight to the grand final against either Brisbane Blaze or the Fire, who will play at the Queensland State Hockey Centre on Saturday.
Lee has played all six regular season matches for the Chill, but hasn't score a goal.
Former St Pat's player Jess Watterson also featured in the Hockey One tournament, however, her NSW Pride didn't enjoy much success.
Pride managed just one win from six, an emphatic 5-0 win against the Tassie Tigers, with all goals from Abigail Wilson.
Come the team's final round match against the Brisbane Blaze - which they lost 2-0 - they were mathematically out of the running for semi-finals.
Watterson played four matches for the Pride during the season, without scoring a goal during that time.
