Centrepoint owner Praba Kulasegaram celebrated his recent one-year anniversary of the purchase of the complex by opening a laundrette inside it.
Mr Kulasegaram promised he would continue to invest in Kelso Centrepoint and has followed through on that commitment.

Since buying the centre he has spent money on lighting and CCTV and opening new businesses - the laundrette and a King Of The Pack tobacconist - while also helping others to establish their own.
"This [the shop where the laundrette is now housed] would have been shuttered up for more than 15 years," he said.
Mr Kulasegaram said the mood in the centre was positive.
"The tenants are happy and the whole centre is busy," he said. "The butcher and newsagent are happy, the [recently opened] bakery is busy.
"Things are working out. People are supporting us. It's busier than a year ago."
Mr Kulasegaram said the investment had brought new faces to Kelso Centrepoint.
"There are a lot of new customers into my stores and the centre," he said. "People were scared to come [before the centre was rejuvenated]."
Bakehouse on the Boulevard, run by Nathaniel and Lauren Mason, opened in the complex in late October after months of preparations.
The baking equipment for the business was sourced from Beck's Bakery in the Bathurst CBD, which closed earlier this year after 10 years in business.
