Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) will hold the Meet 'n' Eat "pop-up interview" initiative at Banjo's Café.
"We know that the traditional application and interview process is terrifying for many young people and we don't see the best of them throughout the process," ACA regional general manager Luke Radford said.
"By staging an interview event over a bite to eat in places young people actually go, we remove the pressure and nerves and we hope to see lots of young people come along who might not have the confidence to use traditional channels to apply."

Mr Radford said ACA had seen "a surge in interest" from young people in the Bathurst region to pursue vocational education and training pathways, as well as local employers who are ready to take on new apprentices and trainees.
He said ACA has hundreds of apprentices and trainees being hosted by businesses across NSW.
"We hire and payroll the apprentice or trainee and arrange the formal part of their training, which is typically one day per week," Mr Radford said.
"The host employer has them work in their business for four days per week and they simply pay an invoice for the hours."
ACA is a subsidiary of NSW Business Chamber.

Meet 'n' Eat will be held at Banjo's Cafe between 3pm and 5pm on Monday, November 11.
