Hen and Bow Espresso Bar is offering them one free drink a day, including bottled water, juice and coffee.
Co-owner of Hen and Bow, Matt Bowyer, said it was a way for the business to give back to those putting themselves in danger to protect people and properties.
"You just want to try and do your part and it was something that one of our staff suggested," he said.
"They are going out doing their bit for nothing, so this is something small we can do."
To access this offer, an emergency service worker only needs to come in wearing their uniform or identify themselves to the staff.
Mr Boywer hasn't put a strict time limit on the offer.
"We'll just keep going until we say. Hopefully not too long, because that means the fires will be over," he said.

In addition to the free drink offer, Mr Bowyer wanted to say a big thanks to volunteers "for doing what you are doing, putting your body on the line".
Hen and Bow has been at Trinity Heights Shopping Centre for four years.
It is open between 6am and 2pm Monday to Friday, and from 6am to 12pm on Saturdays.
