Googe will line up at the Dunc Gray Veledrome alongside fellow Bathurst riders Glen Carter, Luke Tuckwell, Kalinda and Ebony Robinson and Tyler Puzicha.
The seventeen-year-old student, who studies at Orange Christian School, has also been selected to compete in the Keirin Spectaculars, which involves a select group of riders.
He was stunned when he found out that he would be competing in the Keirin Spectaculars.
"They've invited sprinters from all across the country, like world champions, national champions, riders who've raced junior worlds," he said.
"So having only raced a bit of the smaller stuff and having gone to Oceania, I'm amazed that they've put me in there.
"Obviously, I've put the results in to get there, so I'll put in the effort. I'll see how I go against the big boys."
On top of the Keirin Spectaculars, Googe will compete in division two of the Clarence Street Cyclery Cup and he knows he'll be racing against some pretty strong opposition.
"Having had a look at the people that have entered, it's full of some big names who have won national titles in previous years," he said.
"There's going to be some fierce competition and I'm hoping to play around with tactics on the weekend."
The other Bathurst cyclists have been graded into either division three (Glen Carter), junior women 19s (Kalinda Robinson), junior men 17s (Luke Tuckwell), junior women 17s (Tyler Puzicha) and junior women 15s (Ebony Robinson).
Googe will also compete in the NSW Club Team Sprint Championships alongside Tuckwell and Kalinda Robinson.
He recently competed at the Oceania Track Championships alongside Robinson, notching up three top 10 finishes.
Racing at the Dunc Gray Veledrome for the cup will get underway at midday on Saturday with warm up, before the first sessions start at 1pm, with the last sessions at 6pm.
