Graduates of Charles Sturt enjoyed 86.4 per cent full-time employment, compared to the all-Australian universities average of 72.5 per cent full-time employment.
Charles Sturt graduates also enjoyed one of the highest average starting salaries, $67,100 compared to the all-Australian universities average of $62,600.

The survey results validate the University's strategy which focuses on developing students who graduate with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and professional networks for a meaningful life and successful career.
The 2019 Graduate Outcomes Survey (GOS) was primarily conducted as a national online survey among 109 higher education institutions including all 41 Table A and B universities and 68 Non-University Higher Education Institutions (NUHEIs).
A total of 132,178 valid survey responses were collected across all study levels, representing a response rate of 44.2 per cent, an increase from 43 per cent in 2018.

Green gown awards
CSU was a winner at the 2019 Australasian Campuses Towards Sustainability (ACTS) Green Gown Awards.
The university was announced as the winner of the Continuous Improvement: Institutional Change category at a ceremony hosted by the University of Otago at Lanark Castle in Dunedin, New Zealand on Thursday 14 November.
The win makes CSU a finalist in the Institution of the Year category in the 2020 International Green Gown Awards.
The Continuous Improvement: Institutional Change category is awarded to a tertiary education institution that demonstrates a sustained and successful commitment to improving sustainability across the entire institution.
