The Harvest Cafe and Store on Kendall Avenue will offer a four-hour food and beverage package on January 22, when Elton John is rocking to a crowd of 20,000 just 100 metres away at Carrington Park.
Harvest Cafe head chef and co-owner Chris Ringrose said the venue is on "prime real estate".
"When we first found out about the gig, we realised we were on prime real estate," he said.
"We're a large licensed venue, so it's a great place to enjoy the night if you didn't manage to get tickets.
"You'll be able to enjoy some local beverages from the likes of Renzaglia Wines, Pioneer Brewing from Bowen Park and See Saw Wines from Orange."
The cost of the four-hour package is $195, while a cheaper no-alcoholic package will cost $115.
The venue can cater for up to 200 people, with 40 tickets already being snapped up since going on sale last week.
"It should be a great night, with some great local produce on offer," he said.
"People can bring their family and friends along, but it is a over 18s venue, so no kids.
"If you missed out on the prime tickets, you can still enjoy it with a few drinks and your friends."
Harvest Cafe - located next to the Bathurst Visitor Information Centre - was opened at the end of 2017, with a focus on local produce.
It was announced in February that Sir Elton John would be bringing his farewell tour to Bathurst, just one of only six regional venues on his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour of Australia, in which he will say goodbye to life on the road.
The other regional locations on Sir Elton's Australian leg of his farewell tour are the Hunter Valley's Hope Estate, Rutherglen's All Saints Estate, Rochford Wines in the Yarra Valley, Sirromet Wines south-east of Brisbane and Victoria's Hanging Rock.
