The event, to be held on Tuesday, December 10, will involve a screening of 'The Addams Family,' an animated feature film based on the 1960s television show.
In addition, Glenray has designed a colouring-in competition for movie-goers wishing to add to the experience, with plenty of prizes up for grabs.
Glenray marketing manager Meg McKenna said the event will allow everyone to celebrate who they are and unleash their full potential.
"It's a great opportunity for everyone to get together and celebrate their achievements over the past 12 months," Ms McKenna said.
"We've sent the invite out to other disability service providers in town, and they'll be able to enjoy the film in a comfortable environment."
Glenray staff member Garry Ridley recalls seeing the original 'Addams Family' show in the 60s, and is excited to see the modern remake.
"There's nothing like a good movie," Mr Ridley said.
Metro 5 manager Mark Hewitt said the event is a first-time collaboration with Glenray, and hopes all attendees will take something different from the film.
"Carillon Theatrical Society [CTS] performed The Addams Family musical a few months ago, so this film should be familiar to some people," Mr Hewitt said.
The movie starts at 6pm. Tickets cost $16 and include a drink and a bag of lollies.
