Organisers say the Fish River may have stopped flowing, but nothing will stop the Fish River Festival going ahead at O'Connell.
"Come along and enjoy a little down time in the lead up to Christmas," a spokesperson said.
ALSO IN WHAT'S ON:
"The O'Connell Hotel green will once again be the place to be this Sunday, December 8 as musical acts from far and wide come to perform to the appreciative crowds.
"There will be free music all day, market stalls, free jumping castle, O'Connell Public School barbecue and the hotel will be open for drinks and normal pub fare."
Music lovers can take along a blanket or a chair and sit back and relax listening to quality acts like James Van Cooper, Smith and Jones, Matt Boylan-Smith, The Safety of Life at Sea, as well as cheering on local groups including Occa Rockers, Brooke Webb, Emily Butler, Hairy Fox Butts.
Music starts at 11am.
