Ms Williams emerged successful out of more than 4000 entries, with all proceeds from the raffle donated to Little Wings.
"It sure was a shock, and it's crazy to own a new car free of any repayments," she said.
"The Tractor Trek and Little Wings do a incredible job to help children in need across regional NSW."
Central West Charity Tractor Trek president Nick Clancey said the organisation has donated over $100,000 towards Little Wings in 2019.
"Our charity helps sick children, and we decided to support Little Wings as they share our ideals and desire to support families during difficult times," Mr Clancey said.
"We hold the Tractor Trek in September each year to raise awareness of our cause across the Central West."
Little Wings chief executive officer Clare Pearson said the Tractor Trek's fundraising initiatives play a vital role in the organisation's ability to deliver their services.
"In 2019, the Tractor Trek has sponsored 67 flights for sick children and their families," Ms Pearson said.
"Their generosity has made a crucial difference."
