The ice cream parlour has put together 20 $20 gift vouchers to spend on any item in-store, and has asked the community to nominate deserving candidates.
Annie's owner Lisa Pitts said the drought affects much of the community, and encourages people to carefully consider who they choose to nominate.
"We feel these gift vouchers will help provide a touch of relief for not only drought-stricken farmers, but members of the community who are facing serious financial hardship," Ms Pitts said.
"My husband has experienced working on the land, so we're aware of how devastating the drought can be for farmers."
Annie's has also continued their Cakes for Farmers campaign throughout 2019, an initiative that raised over $300 for the Buy a Bale charity last year.
"We use a lot of dairy products, so it makes sense to do whatever we can for those working on the land," Ms Pitts said.
With Bathurst set to experience scorching temperatures in the coming days, Ms Pitts said those looking beat the heat with an ice cream are invited to donate to Buy a Bale.
"We're a high-volume business, especially during the summer months, so we're open to anyone willing to help out."
