The Time Thief x Genep mare switched from the Victorian stable of Lyn Tolson and Leonie Proctor in November and in her three starts thus far for Mirfin, has impressed.
She ran a second on debut for Mirfin at Bathurst's Tyers Park, not quite able to hold on after leading at the 400m mark as she resumed from a 10-week spell.
That was followed by a 2.2 lengths third at Wellington then back on her new home track at Tyers Park on December 23, she saluted in a Fillies and Mares Maiden over 1,110 metres.
Her next assignment will be over similar distance in a Class 1 Handicap over 1,200m at Mudgee on Tuesday. She will go from barrier five with Eleanor Webster-Hawes - the same jockey who rode her in her maiden win - in the saddle.
The race will also mark the stable debut of Chur Bro for new Bathurst trainer Wanda Ings, who will be hoping he can emulate the fortunes of Mont Genep.
Formerly a member of Dubbo trainer Michael Lunn's stable, the Tavistock x Ria's Pride gelding will be chasing just the second win of his 22 start career when he lines up at Mudgee.
That success came at Forbes in October 2018, but was over the same distance as Tuesday's race.
"New addition to the stable - happy with his work to date. Not going to rush him, but hoping he puts on a bit of weight over the next few weeks," Ings posted on her website after the five-year-old switched from Lunn's team.
The Class 1 Handicap will be his first start since placing last at Narromine on November 28, with Chelsea Ings to have the ride.
The race is set to jump at 3.55pm, with the Bjorn Baker trained Riverside's Cash the likely favourite.
