This year, the arts council will be providing more workshops to the community that are affordable and cover a wide range of styles of art.

Workshops include paper beading (turning paper into beads, and then beads into jewellery), chicken scratch, silk painting, and regular art classes.
There are also a couple of workshops during the school holiday period for children.
President of Evans Arts Council, Wendy-Lou Tisdell, said that the workshops are for people of all abilities.
"Our teachers will teach people from scratch or from a more experienced level," she said.
"There are heaps of opportunities to learn new skills and, whether you think you're any good at it doesn't matter, because there are others in the classes who have never done it before either.
"A lot of the time people go away with something they're really proud of, because it's something they thought they could never do."
Information and application forms on all of the workshops are available on the Evans Arts Council Facebook page.
Workshops generally cost $10 each, plus the cost of materials if you don't have your own.
