SOUNDS GOOD
HAVE you thought about starting to play an instrument?
It's hard to pick a single instrument you may like to learn, especially without having had a trial to see what feels right.
Mitchell Conservatorium has one of the largest instrument collections available in the region and you are welcome to come and try them all with the help and advice of a qualified, professional teacher.
Bang some percussion, draw a bow across the strings, have a tinkle on the piano or a blast of the brass on Thursday, January 23 at 10am in the Orchard Room, west wing of the Bathurst Courthouse.
Cost: $10. Contact 6331 6622.
WILD WORLD
DINOMANIA, an interactive dinosaur adventure for the whole family, is coming to Panthers Bathurst.
Embark on an awe-inspiring, exhilarating and gripping journey with Toby the T-Rex, Razor the Raptor, Tara (The Dino Queen), Shaun (The Dino Doctor) and special guests on Thursday, January 23 at 10.30am.
There will be plenty of surprises, songs, jokes and dancing, as well as exciting opportunities for the audience to get up close and personal with the dinosaurs.
Cost: $10-$13. Contact 6330 0600.
DRAMATIC DAYS
BELOVED Monster Drama Workshop is a two-day school holiday drama workshop at BMEC for ages five to 12 on Thursday and Friday, January 23 and 24 from 10am to 4pm.
