Her takeaway shop - based at Trinity Heights Shopping Centre precinct - was convincingly crowned the best burger eatery in Bathurst, after a recent Western Advocate story ask readers to vote on who sells the best burger in Bathurst.
With a total of 1446 votes, Rosanna's finished 301 votes ahead of Jack Duggan's Irish Pub in second.
With 971 votes, Panorama Mini Mart and Takeaway finished third.
Ms Eliades said she's been overwhelmed by the support from her customers and the Bathurst community.
"I'm lost for words, really. It's been very overwhelming," she said.
Ms Eliades opened Rosanna's back in 2009 and the restaurant industry was something she's been involved in since she was 13-years-old in Sydney.
"My father-in-law had been in takeaway for a long time and when we opened, he came along and showed me how to do it," she said.
"He's been the backbone."
Overall, the best burger eatery poll attracted 4390 votes over 40 options.
Other eateries to receive more than 100 votes in the poll include The George, who received 137 votes, and Burgers on William, with 116 votes.
