She's received four different accolades from two different award ceremonies and Ms Hamilton said it was great to receive the recognition.

"It's a nice validation for the hours I do," she said.

"I love my job and it's nice to be able to offer services to girls out here who might normally have to go to Sydney for their dress."

As recently as December, the couture business was a finalist in the Australian Bridal Industry Academy awards categories for bridal gown designer and bridal gown couture.

Ms Hamilton had previously finished a finalist in bridal gown couture and third in designer gown couture in 2017, finalist in bridal gown couture and runner-up in designer gown couture.

"It's a small business, so to have this kind of recognition against all these other businesses in the state is great," she said.

"It's great to be able to stand up there with them."

The couture business also won the Brides Choice Central West awards for bridal gown designer and bridal gown couture too back in September.

And while the awards decorate the wall at her business on Keppel Street, there's also a large collection of thank you cards hanging up.

"While it's nice to come in and see the awards, the thank you cards are the most gratifying," she said.
