Many hotels and motels across the city are fully booked for Wednesday night and have been for some time, with people getting in early to secure their accommodation ahead of the big show.
Bathurst Motor Inn manager Dean Meredith said it was pretty soon after the announcement that bookings for this period filled up.
The motor inn has 54 rooms and will have at least two people in each one, but Mr Dean said staff won't have any problem managing that number of guests.
He said the location of Bathurst Motor Inn, which is on the corner of Durham and George streets, helped make it a popular choice for concert-goers.
"Being in the centre of town makes a big difference," he said.
Also booked out for the night is the Panorama Bathurst, which is the closest accommodation provider to Carrington Park, the venue for the concert.
The Panorama plans to lure more people with its own entertainment, having live music from 3.30pm.
The Littomore Bathurst, located in Charlotte Street, will also be at capacity on Wednesday night.
The hotel's Jade Parker said that, unless there is a major event, it's quite uncommon to be fully booked out on a Wednesday night.
The Littomore will have 60 arrivals on Wednesday, with most of them only staying for one night.
"We were booked out very soon after the date was released last year," Ms Parker said.
"There has been a few cancellations, but they were filled quite quickly."
With the show expected to attract a crowd of 20,000 people, concert-goers and residents are encouraged to plan ahead, particularly with regards to travel.
