Stephen Cain said the competition is open to females of all ages and for ones that may have never played cricket before.
"We want females to just come down and have a go," he said.
"They don't have to register, they can just rock up and they don't need to wear whites. They can wear whatever they like."
Games would be played at Police Paddock and would start a 5.30pm.
Cain said female cricket participation in Bathurst is growing.
"We started the Thunder girls cricket about four years ago and now we've got district teams," he said.
"Girls were then learning how to play the sport, but now they're playing against the boys and playing representative cricket.
"We need to go back to the grassroots to support the next generation."
Cost is $60 per person, all equipment is supplied and it's expected that all games would be played at Police Paddock.
The competition would run for six to eight weeks, starting in February, for girls 12 or older.
