Cameron staged the event at Bathurst High's performing arts centre on Thursday night as part of his Talent Development Project [TDP] project to organise a ticketed concert.
The performance included a mix of musical theatre and contemporary numbers, as well as a show-stopping original: 'Written in the Stars.'
"I feel incredibly humbled that so many people came out to support the show and I didn't expect to see such a diverse crowd," he said.
Cameron was supported by fellow Bathurst High student Lily Morgillo, whose performance was also received with high praise.
"I've known Cameron since we were little, and I'm so proud at how far he's come," Lily said.
"He could've kept the proceeds for himself, but he decided Australia needed it more, and it shows how generous he really is."
Bathurst High principal Ken Barwick said he was absolutely blown away by Cameron and Lily's generosity.
"Cameron and Lily are phenomenal talents and they have done Bathurst High proud with the maturity and selflessness they have displayed," Mr Barwick said.
